Wellbeing in Education

Understanding & Managing Worries
This dynamic and interactive workshop is designed to help children aged 6–9 develop emotional awareness and resilience in a fun, engaging way.
Using relatable stories, playful puppet characters, and hands-on activities, children will explore how their brains process emotions—especially worry and anxiety. They’ll gain practical, age-appropriate strategies to navigate their feelings with confidence and calm.
By blending education, creativity, and emotional skill-building, this workshop creates a safe and supportive space where children can develop self-awareness, build resilience, and embrace their unique place in the world.
Workshop Benefits
Empowers children with simple yet effective tools to manage worries and big feelings.
Normalizes different emotional responses, fostering self-confidence and empathy.
Equips children with practical strategies they can use both in school and at home.
Creates a sense of understanding and support, helping children feel seen, heard, and capable.
A Calming Conclusion
The workshop concludes with a soothing, multi-sensory guided visualization designed to help children find their inner calm and safe space.
This expertly crafted visualization integrates the four most effective techniques I’ve used in one-to-one psychotherapy sessions with children, making it a powerful tool for regulating emotions and reducing anxiety.
To ensure lasting impact, teachers will receive a recording of the guided visualization, which can be played each morning in the classroom.
